In these Terms &amp ; Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by at777.

Access to and use of the at777 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain true at all times during your use of the at777 Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. at777 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Users who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all Funds held pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the deposit source.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously had an at777 Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of at777 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You will maintain only one at777 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all Funds across associated accounts.

at777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by at777 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your at777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. at777 treats all activity conducted through your Account as your own and accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Each at777 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Funds therein to any other party.

at777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and maintains segregated player fund accounts separate from operational capital. While at777 takes all reasonable technical steps to protect your Account, no security measure is infallible, and at777 cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyberattack or unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on the at777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). at777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits are subject to at777's internal risk controls and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• at777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your Account. at777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not verified under your Account identity.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. at777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification without limitation of time where fraud or Terms violations are suspected.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — as little as 15 minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers — within 2 business hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. at777 does not guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• at777 will not process withdrawals on Funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, matched betting schemes, or any conduct that at777 reasonably determines to be in violation of these Terms. Such Funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

at777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your at777 Account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion and are not transferable to other users or redeemable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Where a wagering requirement is specified (for example, 30x the bonus amount), the full wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• at777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted and in progress will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of acceptance.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of bets and the conduct of game play on the at777 Platform:

• All bets placed on the at777 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the Platform. at777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where at777 determines in its sole discretion that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or market data.
• Manifest Error: at777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — including odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market prices across comparable platforms — regardless of whether the error was noticed before or after settlement. at777 will notify affected users of any void decision by email.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at777 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Using the at777 Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. at777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or any other exploitative purpose.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or sportsbook outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit at the expense of at777.

All content on the at777 Platform — including but not limited to the at777 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of at777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the at777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any at777 content without prior written authorisation from at777.
• Game content made available through the at777 Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to at777 for distribution. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits at777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

at777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and withhold or forfeit Funds in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with your Account.
• Instruction or requirement from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Technical or security reasons, including suspected Account compromise, unusual transaction patterns, or system abuse.

Where at777 suspends or terminates your Account, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you by email at the address registered on your Account, unless notification is prohibited by law or by the terms of a regulatory instruction. If your Account is terminated and no Terms violation or legal prohibition applies to the Funds, at777 will process a return of any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your at777 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which at777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

• Continued use of the at777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the at777 Platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds.
• Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
